Use Future Lidos Map to get you to the best outdoor pools in 2025

Throughout the project to restore Tynemouth Outdoor Pool, we have been on a mission to seek out and visit the best outdoor pools that this country has, such as the newly built Sea Lanes in Brighton (below) – and a few across the world too.

Being part of this network of pools resulted in our collaboration to establish Future Lidos Group, which works on behalf of outdoor pools and projects to share evidence best practice, respond to the demand for more of these accessible water sites across the country.

Within the vast toolkit created by Future Lidos, is located a quite wonderful map, which has all the working outdoor pools in the UK for you to seek them out, as you plot and trips or vacations this year and beyond.

Whether you’re planning a lido road-trip, a purposeful detour, or a happy coincidence, a few hours in an outdoor pool oasis is quite a treat.
