ASDA, Nationwide, and now the Co-op – we’re definitely on a roll

Earlier this year, our charity, Friends of Tynemouth Outdoor Pool, was recently voted into the “Chosen by you, Given by us” scheme at ASDA Benton – and we were the lucky ones chosen to receive a donation of £200 from The ASDA Foundation!

Then, a couple of months ago we heard that we’d been nominated by Nationwide customers to feature in their in-branch Community Match programme. Guess what – we won that too, thanks to you, and we’ll shortly be receiving a fantastic donation of £600.

And in the last week or so, we’ve also discovered that we’ve now been nominated by the Co-op in Tynemouth to be one of their local charities as part of their revamped membership scheme. We should have more news on how this will work soon.
